Aretha Franklin Died? It's Hoax

Aretha Franklin died rumors began to spread late Monday, but they have not been confirmed and appear to be a Web hoax.

Franklin was released from a Detroit hospital earlier this month after undergoing surgery for an undisclosed ailment.

Franklin has never disclosed her health problem, but there have been reports she's suffering from pancreatic cancer.
